The New York Republican Party (NYGOP) has issued a statement following the release of StopAntisemitism’s report on anti-Semitism at college campuses. The report assigned an “F” grade to Columbia University and the New School, and found that 39% of Jewish students have concealed their identity due to safety concerns.
“Today’s report giving Columbia and the New School an ‘F’ for anti-Semitism is a damning indictment of Kathy Hochul’s failure to lead – especially her disgraceful decision to bend the knee to openly anti-Semitic Zohran Mamdani. Her cowardice emboldens anti-Semites on campus and elsewhere.
While Hochul cowers, Elise Stefanik has been the fiercest and most effective fighter against campus anti-Semitism in Congress. Her questioning of university presidents led to multiple resignations and sparked nationwide accountability.
The antidote to hate is leadership with a backbone: when it mattered most, Kathy Hochul chose cowardice. Elise Stefanik chose courage.”
-NYGOP Spokesman David Laska
