U.S. Congressman Jerry Nadler, who represents New York’s 12th district, posted a series of statements on his official social media account addressing issues ranging from the situation in the West Bank to domestic political disputes and travel disruptions caused by a government shutdown.
On November 6, 2025, Nadler called for immediate action regarding the Israeli government’s policies in the West Bank. He stated, “Netanyahu must immediately halt the demolition order for homes and community buildings in the West Bank village of Umm Al-Kheir. The civilians of Umm Al-Kheir have already faced enough. Nadler has been serving in Congress since replacing Ted Weiss in 1992 and previously served in the New York State Assembly from 1977 until his election to Congress.
