Anthony Burris, a 34-year-old resident of Jamestown, NY, has pleaded guilty to charges of enticing travel for sexual activity. The plea was entered before Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny and involves two counts carrying a potential maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Maeve E. Huggins, Burris engaged in coercive activities between January and March 11, 2021, involving Victim 1. He exploited her drug addiction by threatening violence and manipulating access to controlled substances. Burris provided essentials like transportation, housing, and food to the homeless victim in exchange for performing commercial sex acts. These acts were advertised on Skipthegames.com with sexually suggestive images posted by Burris himself.

A similar pattern was reported from June 2020 to March 11, 2021, involving Victim 2. Like the first victim, she was coerced through threats of violence and control over drug supplies. Advertisements were also placed for her services on Skipthegames.com by Burris who transported both victims across locations in New York and Pennsylvania.

The investigation that led to this plea involved several law enforcement agencies including the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office directed by Sheriff James B. Quattrone; Homeland Security Investigations under Special Agent-in-Charge Erin Keegan; Amherst Police Department led by Chief Scott Chamberlin; and Millcreek Police Department headed by Chief Carter Mook.

Burris is scheduled for sentencing on October 8, 2025.
