The Village of Hastings-on-Hudson Planning Board announced on May 16 the agenda for its regular meeting scheduled for May 21 at the Municipal Building, 7 Maple Avenue. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be broadcast live on WHOH-TV channel 75, FIOS channel 43, and streaming online.

The upcoming session is set to address several items including roll call, approval of minutes from December 18, 2025 and April 16, 2026, as well as both old and new public hearings. Three previously scheduled public hearings—regarding renovations at a multi-family dwelling on Warburton Avenue, a mixed-use development on Washington Avenue, and a subdivision proposal at Warren Street and Pearl Street—have all been deferred to future meetings.

A new public hearing is planned concerning an amendment to site plan approval for renovations at an existing two-story commercial building located at 566 & 568 Warburton Avenue. The proposed changes involve creating two residential units on the second floor while maintaining one commercial space on the first floor.

The board will also cover discussion items before moving to announcements and adjournment. The next regular Planning Board meeting is scheduled for June 18, with related documents available through the village’s documents portal.
