Greenberg Traurig advised WOOD & Company Financial Services, Pekao Investment Banking, and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki in connection with the sale by cyber_Folks S.A. of shares in Vercom S.A. through an accelerated bookbuilding process on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, according to a June 3 announcement.
WOOD & Company Financial Services acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner for the transaction. mBank, Pekao Investment Banking, and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki also participated as joint bookrunners.
The transaction involved the sale of 4,340,305 shares in Vercom S.A., representing 19.53 percent of its share capital and total number of votes. The value of the shares sold amounted to PLN 520,836,600 (approximately EUR 123 million).
cyber_Folks will remain a strategic investor in Vercom following the deal, retaining a 30 percent stake in the company’s share capital and total number of votes. The proceeds from this transaction are intended to support cyber_Folks’ further development efforts, particularly its acquisition activities.
