FOIA Request to Bronx County regarding contingency fee agreements on December 1, 2025.

Empire State Today has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. The request seeks access to all contingency fee agreements with external attorneys or law firms that were in effect at any time during the last 12 months. This request is made under the New York Freedom of Information Law, N.Y. Pub. Off. Law sec. 84 et seq., and emphasizes a preference for receiving the information in electronic format.
