The Apple Marketing Order Board has announced it will hold a virtual meeting on August 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm. The meeting is in accordance with the Open Meetings Law, which requires public notice and access.
Members of the public can attend the meeting virtually or in person at several locations. The physical locations include the Orchard Conference Room at 10B Airline Drive in Albany, 1335 White Hill Road in Yorktown Heights, 32 Learned Street in Albany, 6509 Lake Avenue in Williamson, and 65 Old Indian Road in Milton. To ensure accessibility for all attendees, the board requests that anyone planning to attend in person RSVP to the Department. This will help facilitate arrangements for barrier-free physical access.
Meeting materials that are planned for discussion will be uploaded before the event at agriculture.ny.gov/farming/marketing-order-administration. After the meeting, both minutes and a recording will be made available on the same website.
