The Apple Marketing Order Board has announced it will hold a meeting on November 3, 2025, at 1:00 pm. The meeting is open to the public and will be accessible both in person and online.
Physical locations for the meeting include 10B Airline Drive in Albany, New York; 4545 W John Carpenter Freeway in Irving, Texas; 65 Old Indian Road in Milton, New York; and 6509 Lake Avenue in Williamson, New York. According to the announcement, “The public has the right to attend the meeting at any location included herein. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the meeting is held in a facility that permits barrier-free physical access; to facilitate these efforts the public is requested to RSVP to the Department if they plan to attend in person at one of the locations listed below.”
Materials for discussion during the meeting will be uploaded before November 3 on agriculture.ny.gov/farming/marketing-order-administration. Afterward, minutes and a recording of the meeting will also be available on this site.
