Apple Marketing Order Board schedules public meeting for February 17, 2026

The Apple Marketing Order Board has announced it will hold a meeting on February 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be accessible to the public at three physical locations—10B Airline Dr., Albany, NY (Orchard Room); 6509 Lake Ave., Williamson, NY; and 1570 Sandpiper St., Naples, FL—as well as online via a Webex link.

In accordance with the Open Meetings Law, the board states: “The public has the right to attend the meeting at any location included herein. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the meeting is held in a facility that permits barrier-free physical access; to facilitate these efforts the public is requested to RSVP to the Department if they plan to attend in person at one of the locations listed below.”

Meeting materials intended for discussion will be uploaded before February 17 on the New York Department of Agriculture and Markets website. Minutes and a recording of the meeting will also be available after its conclusion.
