Apple Marketing Order Board announces upcoming public meeting on May 19

The Apple Marketing Order Board will conduct a meeting on May 19, 2025, at 1:30 pm in compliance with the Open Meetings Law. The public is invited to attend the meeting at various locations. Efforts will be made to ensure the facility allows barrier-free physical access, and attendees are encouraged to RSVP if they plan to participate in person.

The meeting will be held at several venues: New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Albany Office in the Orchard Room at 10B Airline Drive, Albany, NY; online via Webex; 65 Old Indian Road, Milton, NY; and 6509 Lake Avenue, Williamson, NY. Visitors attending in Albany must check in at the security desk.

Materials for discussion during the meeting will be available before May 19 on agriculture.ny.gov/farming/marketing-order-administration. Following the meeting, minutes and a recording will also be accessible on this website.
